Teamwork and Color Models

Creating better attitudes and positive outcomes

Physical Representations of Red

Red looks much closer to orange in the Luscher color tests, as it is a mixture of the intense fires of red and sunny outgoing natures of yellow. Red personalities represent the vital forces of desire, all forms of appetite, and the ongoing desire to win.

Psychological Representations of Red

Egocentric by nature and know for their compulsions, red personalities are the life of the party and the office, living life to the fullest. The red personality ignites the human spirit and is born to lead.

Symbolic Representations of Red

Red represents an open flame and the need for conquest. Red symbolizes the purest form of masculinity and femininity. Red personalities are a consuming hunger.

Background Information

The interview was with a 22-25 year old single male. He was the oldest child of two and his parents are still together. He is not dating anyone exclusively and stated that he had no intention of getting married anytime soon, "there was simply to much to live for still".

Attitude and Education

He is a very motivated person with an explosive personality, he was very good in high school and was motivated to excel from his father and it was something that was expected from him.

He has one year of college experience, but is currently enlisted in the military and plans on finishing his college education someday. But if he didn't he would be fine without. He bragged about his IQ level and his sexual conquests.

Whether any of this was true or not was irrelevant to him as this conversation was about the show; the way people reacted to him, good or bad. His stated during the interview, "Just tell me to shut up if you want me to stop talking to you, most people don't have the guts to tell someone to quit bothering them and just let me talk on and on." I stated that I had no problem listening to him go, "on and on" so he continued.
