Teamwork and Color Models

Creating better attitudes and positive outcomes

Physical Representations of Red

Red looks much closer to orange in the Luscher color tests, as it is a mixture of the intense fires of red and sunny outgoing natures of yellow. Red personalities represent the vital forces of desire, all forms of appetite, and the ongoing desire to win.

Psychological Representations of Red

Egocentric by nature and know for their compulsions, red personalities are the life of the party and the office, living life to the fullest. The red personality ignites the human spirit and is born to lead.

Symbolic Representations of Red

Red represents an open flame and the need for conquest. Red symbolizes the purest form of masculinity and femininity. Red personalities are a consuming hunger.

2nd Case Study of a "Red Personality" Page 1

Background Information

The second case study was with a 22-25 year old female. She said that she had been single for a while, "I haven't been in a relationship sense I was in seventh grade." She laughed, "I'm a "serial dater" never truly seeing anyone, just a lot of sex."

She thought that the most devastating thing ever would be to fall in love, have the man get to know her, then leave because she isn't good enough. That would be the worst insult anyone could ever do her and something that is unacceptable. She is attracted to the unattainable man, the arrogant, the rude and the married. Not letting anyone in means not getting hurt.

I asked her what would it take to trust a man? She stated, "surviving a series of traps to simulate every bad action a man is capable of committing and if he chooses the right path, I would marry him even if it meant he could betray me in the future. But in the end if he got to know me and left me, I could not handle it."

She is very popular and has a lot of friends she is not shy in anyway and knows how to have fun. She is someone everyone wants to be around as she is exciting.

Attitude and education

She stated that school should be free and that it is our nations priority to pump out as many smart people as possible. But she stated that the educational system is broken, created for profit and the personal glory of the instructors.

Right now she is taking a break from classes to work and make some money. Her priority is on her career.

Attitude and career

Although she is employed as a bartender, her true calling is in acting. She is very talented as an actress and a singer; she can dance and captive an audience. She can amuse, entertain and delight groups of people.
