Teamwork and Color Models

Creating better attitudes and positive outcomes

Physical Representations of Green

Green is the characteristic of strength of will. A person with a green personality will typically be a smart, consistent, unchanging individual. A green personality is intelligent, self-motivated and is very, "I" oriented in all forms of possessions.

Psychological Representations of Green

A person who typically chooses green as a color wants to increase the certainty of his or her own value. They will have an unyielding image of themselves that they will work to maintain. The greater the wealth, physical, or educational achievement in life, the greater the sense of accomplishment a green personality will feel.

Symbolic Representations of Green

Deep-rooted trees, standing taller than the other trees, the tension of a bowstring, or a mighty dam holding back the torrents of deep waters.

Background Information

This interview was with a 22-25 year old single male. Currently he isn't dating, but still feels happy enough alone. He is in control of his current situation in life as he stating, "Generally I'm happy all around, things could be better here and there, but that is like that for everyone."

He is an intelligent and inquisitive individual who is impressed by ideas and skills that are unique and people who are exceptional. He tends to take the characteristics he likes in other peoples and applies these abilities to him. Having a thirst for knowledge is something that is important to him.

He comes from a small family with parents who pushed him and his siblings to success. Growing up he stated that he was happy in general, "I was a kid, of course I was happy."

Attitude and education

He is a programmer in college and stated that he wasn't as good as others in his classes. He has a 3.0 GPA but was always envious of those people who had things come naturally to them, but he stated again that he was happy in general.

He wants to be a competitor and enjoys solving problems on his own; this is something that is important to him. Recently he entered a college contest in which he needed to find a solution to a problem defined by the judges. He stated that he wanted to take gold, but took silver. He was happy with that, no reason not to be.

Attitude and career

Currently he works as a dishwasher where he stated that everyone liked and respected him. In general he is happy, he is in control of his own life.
