Organization is important in any situation, from our home lives to the workplace. We need people with the skills and foresight to address future problems.
At their best a yellow personality "organizer" can manage people, addressing issues, and create environment in order to maintain a work environment. In the home they ensure that everything is ordered so the children and their spouse or co-inhabitant can make the most of their days.
At worst a yellow personality can become a nightmare of rules and regulations that remove anything that would even come close to spontaneous. This would put their fellow coworkers in a stressful situation and their family members on edge. An over-the-top yellow personality could be perceived as a overbearing control freak if left out of control.
Everything needs to be ordered if we want a smoothly run environment. People enjoy this as it lets them focus on the things in their lives that need attending. A yellow personality will have the greatest attitude if everything is running smoothly and everyone still talks to them.
