I believe I have solved all the IE issues in the Illustration section. Now on to the Digital Arts section. The image previews won't show in IE7.
Found a nice legitimate IE fix without using a hack. Seems to work very nice and should solve all of my problems.
Very happy today.
Later, Dave.
I have the new look for my web site up. I enjoy the unifomity as well as the striking graphic punch it wil bring to viewer.
I have new content in the graphic design section. I have added a few logos that I had created, or contributed in the creation of, on-line.
I think I have fixed a few of my bugs in the graphic design and web design sections. Fingers crossed. I believe I have figured out the IE problem as wellin the illustration section. I have an IE problem in the digital arts section as well with the way the rollover graphics are displayed. Im on it.
More content coming soon.
I uploaded the illustration section today it has a nice look to it. Although it is a bit differnt theme from the rest of the site I feel it flows well with the subject matter.
Got the stone look finished. I like the look, and fell much better than my previous version.
As of now I really need to fix the IE errors. I hate IE errors. After all this I will upload the new Illustration section, and update content.
Thanks, Dave
Hello, I back. I got distracted with client work, that is a good thing. Now back to upgrading my own site.
The stone look grew on me and I am keeping it as my main theme. I have up graded the Graphic Design and the Digital Arts
sections so far.
More to come, later.
I found a problem with the illustration section fortunately I was in the middle of rebuilding it anyway.
New version coming.
The new upgrade this time through is the new background for the graphic design section I called paper city. I enjoyed this designs feel; the angles, and the soft morning colors.
The next background will be the web design section, and the headers for each section. I like the look of the home pages header, and I want to use it all the way through.
One major update will be the Illustration section. I love the Flash element, but I am going with the new CSS image rollover effect. I feel it will be a wiser course in the long run.
Nice sized update this time as I finally got the photgraphy section up and running. There still will be changes but it is usable ate this point.
With in the new Photography section is the "Wisconsin Photography" CSS driven photo sampler. This is a nice graphically heavy site that is very stylized. The photos have a nice Displaced CSS Rollover Picture effect.
I updated the Digital Arts section making it far more stable as well as far more stylized. This is made as well wiht "film strip" CSS rolover buttons and the Displaced CSS Rollover Picture effect.
Made a new homepage design I like. Might be a bit to "stone" but at this point it works well. Next step is creating the last two backgrounds for the Graphic Design page and the Web Design page. Might add a JAVA rotating Picture for he opening graphic. I am going create a dropout menu on the Web Design page for design style links to show off fake and concept designs.
A couple tagging issues to be fixed as well as updating content and fixing any holes I find along the way.
Yes. Life is good.
More content coming soon. Later.
